Integrated the MoPub SDK but not seeing ads? Only seeing test ads? Try these troubleshooting tips.
1. Set Up Marketplace
Navigate to the Marketplace tab in the MoPub UI and enter your payment and company information so your account can be reviewed for Marketplace approval.
2. Check your approval status
After entering your payment information, you will see a notification at the top of the Marketplace tab indicating that your account is pending review.
To expedite the approval process, make sure to email policy@mopub.com with up-to-date payment information and the corresponding Android package name/iTunes App Store URL/Website URL linked to your MoPub App in the MoPub UI. For faster approval, please include screenshots of the app in your Admin page/your website's admin page to show that you are the owner of the account in your email to policy.
3. Refer to the device logs
If your account has been approved for Marketplace by the MoPub Policy Team, but you still aren't seeing any ads, try consulting the device logs. Our Reading Device Logsdocumentation covers some of the most commonly seen logs.
