Chelsea have completed the signing of Alvaro Morata from Real Madrid for £70.6million.
The
Spain striker flew into Heathrow terminal on Thursday, and the Blues
have now confirmed the club-record deal after he passed his medical at
Cobham.
Morata has put pen to paper on a
five-year contract at Stamford Bridge worth in the region of £155,000 a
week, and he will join up with the rest of the Chelsea squad in
Singapore next week.
