- Manchester United have made Ivan Perisic a key target this summer
- Reports in Italy suggest that Inter Milan are blocking any potential move
- Italian giants are thought to be demanding £44m for the Croatian winger
Manchester United's
hopes of signing Inter Milan star Ivan Perisic have been dealt a blow
with new boss Luciano Spalletti desperate to keep the winger.
Reports
in Italy suggest the Croat has been taken 'off the market' by the
club's new manager as they seek to challenge for major honours next
season.
Jose Mourinho has been desperate to add the pacy 28-year-old to his side, but Italian publication
Corriere dello Sport are suggesting he may struggle to get his man.

Sportsmail reported earlier this month
that Mourinho wanted Perisic on board ahead of United's pre-season tour
of the United States in July.
The
former Borussia Dortmund midfielder would command a fee of £44million,
and the manager sees him as a key addition to strengthen his squad.
Inter
are facing pressure to meet Financial Fair Play rules, and so are
looking for a hefty fee for a player who cost them £14.5m when he signed
from Wolfsburg in 2015.
