Liverpool smashed their transfer record to sign £39m Mo Salah from Roma
The former Chelsea man will return to the Premier League with the Reds
Jurgen Klopp now has an array of like-minded, pacey attacking players
Salah's capture is expected to signal the start of a spending spree for the Reds
The transfer window finally jolted into life for
Liverpool
this week, as they got their first big name to sign on the dotted line
with the capture of Egyptian winger Mohamed Salah from Roma.
Jurgen Klopp
was determined to get his man and, after a period of back and forth
negotiations between the Reds and the Serie A giants, a £39m transfer
deal was agreed, smashing the club record fee for Andy Carroll in the
process.
With Klopp having added yet another pacey attacker to his ranks, and with the Reds' now fully engaged in transfer mode, Sportsmail takes a look at how Liverpool could be lining up next season.

Where does Salah fit in?
It
is easy to see why Klopp was so keen on bringing Salah to Anfield, with
the player exhibiting almost all of the traits which the German values
so dearly.
The Egyptian has blistering pace, a tireless work-rate, electric feet and a strong vision and reading of the game.
Salah
is also renowned for his impressive attitude to football and
self-improvement, his charismatic personality in the dressing room and
his impeccable lifestyle, which for religious reasons is alcohol free.
