- Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero has been linked with a move away
- The striker had found himself second choice to new signing Gabriel Jesus
- But the club's chairman has insisted the Argentinian is going nowhere
- Aguero is under contract until 2020 but has been linked with a move to Spain
Manchester City chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak says it is an 'absolute must' that Sergio Aguero stays at the Etihad.
Aguero
has been linked with a move this summer following the arrival of young
Brazilian star Gabriel Jesus in January, even though he scored another
33 goals for City this season.
But Al
Mubarak closed the door on any possibility of the striker who famously
fired City to the Premier League title in 2012 leaving after six years
at the club.

The Argentina striker, who cost £38million
from Atletico Madrid in 2011, is under contract until 2020 but has been
linked with a return to Spain.
Asked if Aguero is staying, Al Mubarak said: 'Absolutely. There's never been a doubt about that.
